Job Title: Technical Innovation Director

Spearhead a team of developers to drive agile project execution, feature delivery, and mobile app releases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the team with efficient scalable solutions, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product to translate user needs into development tasks.
  • Ship app updates to both App Store and Google Play.
  • Review and write code across React Native + Node.js, Mongo DB with high proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Contribute to AI-powered features (e.g., retrieval pipelines, embedding search, etc.).
  • Manage codebase quality, push notifications, QA, deployment processes, documentation, and data tracking across software platforms.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in full-stack and mobile development.
  • Strong expertise in React Native, Node.js, Firebase/AWS.
  • Solid experience shipping to App Store + Play Store.
  • Clear understanding of AI integration (RAG, prompt chains, API orchestration).
  • Proven ability to lead small teams and manage agile project delivery.
  • Ability to use AI-based co-pilot tools to improve productivity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
