Job Title: Digital Innovation Director
About the RoleThis position is responsible for driving technical excellence and innovation within our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our commercial tech operations squad.
- Lead the development of Salesforce solutions, leveraging Vlocity and Salesforce Industries CPQ to enhance our CRM for commercial operations.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, engineers, and business systems engineers to define requirements and steer project directions.
- Establish and improve technical standards and practices aligned with ITIL principles to deliver high-quality, business-aligned solutions.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including leadership roles.
- Experience with Vlocity, Salesforce Media Cloud, or Salesforce Industries CPQ.
- Advanced knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Omniscript, and APIs.
- Support call ownership and issue resolution skills.
- Mentoring and coaching engineers.
- Designing scalable and performant software solutions.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Omni Studio, Industries CPQ, Administrator, and Platform Developer.
