Job Description

The Court and Tribunal Services Team is a pivotal part of the operational structure with broad responsibility across both general federal and family jurisdictions.

Senior staff members can work across both general federal and family law enquiries, including all related practice areas in general federal law.

The key duties of the position include:

  • Providing information and advice relating to court services, procedures, processes, and forms.
  • Progressing cases by providing administrative services in accordance with court processes.
  • Assisting in the management of complex cases through the case management system.

This role requires flexibility in approach, willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
