Job Summary

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an HR and Training Administrator. As a key member of the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support across various functions, including day-to-day HR activities, employee lifecycle support, and training administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to queries from employees and managers, escalating complex issues to senior staff where necessary;
  • Prepare and issue employee documentation, including employment contracts, letters of offer, and other related correspondence;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
  • Support onboarding activities, including coordinating inductions and gathering new starter documentation;
  • Monitor and manage HR inboxes daily, triaging and responding to queries and escalating where appropriate;
  • Assist with PDR scheduling, documentation collation, and recording outcomes;
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as required, providing insights into HR metrics and trends;
  • Support internal communications by drafting or distributing HR announcements, reminders, and events.
Training Administration Responsibilities:
  • Act as primary administrative support for training activities across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery;
  • Maintain and update training records in the training management system, ensuring certifications, licenses, and competencies are accurately logged;
  • Manage compliance reporting of training activity and hours, verifying and submitting data to stakeholders;
  • Coordinate enrolments and completions of traineeships, tickets, licenses, and nationally recognized training in partnership with RTOs and internal stakeholders;
  • Ensure all training documentation is compliant, accessible, and filed appropriately;
  • Support training audits and reporting obligations for client and contract requirements.
