Front Desk Operations Manager: We are seeking a skilled professional with excellent communication skills to manage Front Office operations and deliver seamless guest interactions.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and driving service strategies, managing effective rostering, and embedding a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Front Office operations to ensure efficient guest interactions and exceptional service delivery
  • Implement and drive strategic initiatives that align with business objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain effective rostering schedules that meet business needs and optimize staff utilization
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and coach team members to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage daily hotel inventory, monitor room availability, and implement upselling initiatives to drive revenue growth
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry, guest stay management, and entitlement processing
  • Provide administration support, including delivering key information to relevant departments regarding special events and group movements
  • Effectively manage guest complaints and escalate issues as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction
  • Perform concierge duties and provide exceptional guest experiences
  • Manage emergency situations and respond promptly to medical emergencies
  • Conduct regular security inspections of the hotel premises
  • Lead handover meetings to ensure continuity of service and resolve any outstanding issues
  • Manage staff attendance, leave accruals, and underperformance issues in a fair and professional manner
