Are you an experienced Dental Front Office Administrator ? Join our friendly and professional team at Mend Dental, where you will play a key role in ensuring our patients have a seamless and welcoming experience.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone to work  as the first point of contact for our patients. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk and support our practice with a variety of administrative tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients with a warm and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and managing appointments.
  • Handling patient enquiries over the phone and in person.
  • Processing invoicing, receipting, and reconciliations.
  • Managing accounts, rostering, and assisting with HR tasks.
  • Performing general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the practice.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a dental or medical front office role.
  • Proficiency in D4W (Dental 4 Windows) software.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
