We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team at 3D Recruit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our home care and disability services, ensuring they operate in line with legislative, contractual, and funding guidelines, and maintaining accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and quality
  2. Manage and motivate a team of clinical staff and carers to deliver exceptional care and services
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service gaps and develop clinical programs that are sustainable, innovative, and in line with best practice
  4. Oversee the management of complaints and incidents, reviewing trends and ensuring risk mitigation
  5. Manage the budget, including revenue, funding, and expenditure, to ensure financial sustainability

About You:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or other Allied Health Professional
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing the delivery of home care, disability, or other community services, achieving compliance with funding and accreditation standards
  3. Excellent leadership, networking, and interpersonal skills, with a strong commercial acumen
  4. Resilient, confident, results-oriented, and driven
