About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Director to join our team at Medibank Private Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our orthopaedic services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic operating plan for our orthopaedic services, aligned with our company's vision and values.
  • Lead a high-performing team to ensure safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care, while delivering an exceptional experience for patients and doctors.
  • Collaborate with our executive team and operations committee to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our clinical teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (AHPRA registered) with significant clinical leadership experience in a private hospital or day surgery centre.
  • Proven track record of leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data and information.
  • Experience with complex projects in a healthcare environment, with a focus on operations, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
