We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead our team at Stride. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in the overall leadership and management of our mental health service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team to provide primary care and support for individuals accessing our service.
- Oversee and contribute to the development and implementation of clinical, financial, and administrative systems and billing processes.
- Ensure our team operates within a framework of continuous quality improvement and risk management.
- Facilitate and convene meetings of the Clinical Governance Committee and associated subcommittees.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a mental health service.
- Demonstrated experience working within a recovery-based model.
- Demonstrated expertise in the management of a multi-disciplinary service delivery team, with the ability to lead the coordination of care for individuals with complex needs.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, including the ability to work and communicate effectively with clients, their families, community agencies, and other professionals.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high-demand work environment and to exercise judgment and initiative.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
- Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance.
- Current Driver's License.
- Excellent base salary plus super.
- Salary packaging options (up to $15,899 tax-free).
