The role encompasses planning, implementing, and evaluating practices, processes, and services across the Mental Health Service, which includes Open and Secure Adult, Youth, and Older Adult inpatient areas, as well as the Mental Health Observation Area adjacent to the Emergency Department.
As a Team Leader, you will be required to work closely with the Executive team to shape organizational strategy, improve procedural service provision, and achieve departmental and hospital strategic objectives.

- Relevant registration with AHPRA
- Extensive clinical skills and experience in the specialty
