Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key sales and service position, this role will operate in a customer-facing environment, focusing on creating sales opportunities and achieving results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Increase sales penetration through quality conversations that meet clients' needs and follow up on existing or created leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining effective relationships with clients, external customers, and internal partners.
- Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns in local shopping centers, community events, and open days.
- Engage with current and potential customers in a positive manner to ensure a quality conversation that meets their needs.
- Offer accurate and well-informed advice to help customers, demonstrating interest and willingness to assist.
- Win back new customers and reduce attrition rates.
- Plan and execute customer service follow-up initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning-based activities.
- Embody continuous self-development and role-modeling behaviors.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within the retail or sales industry.
- Proven business development results, focusing on meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Well-developed organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to display initiative.
- Confident and concise communication skills.
- Empathetic towards customer needs and genuinely concerned for others.
