About Category Activations & Customer Engagement

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Category Activations Executive. As a key member of our customer engagement team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective activation strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful category activations and customer engagement initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing insight-driven marketing and commercial plans that drive high return on sales (ROS) and value growth for our customers.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You will also be required to develop and leverage insights and strategies around channel, customer, and shopper behavior to unlock growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and commercial plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of best-in-class marketing strategies and plans for retail and on-premise activations and consumer experiences.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful category activations and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Able to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
