The Role

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth through proactive engagement and sales initiatives. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new customers, ensuring their experience aligns with our values and standards.

Your key areas of focus include:

  • Providing world-class customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Promoting our services and programs, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, enhancing loyalty and retention
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress against set targets

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles. A current First Aid & CPR Certification and Working With Children Check (or equivalent) are also essential requirements.
