Technical Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide technical leadership across a range of technologies, including LAN/WAN switching and routing, APCO P25 radio systems, mobile data systems, and Windows and Linux based operating systems administration.

This role will oversee the operational health, security, and maintenance of mission critical public safety systems. You will manage day-to-day operational priorities and activities, act as a technical escalation point for staff requiring assistance, and proactively identify systemic issues that may have operational or customer impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to teams responsible for delivering mission critical communication solutions to clients.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical strategies to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with ITIL best practice.
  • Manage the accuracy and completeness of technical documentation, including as-built records and procedural guides.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in electronics/computer systems engineering or a related field.
  • ITIL v4 certification and/or relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in telecommunications, land mobile radio, and microwave transmission networks.
  • Relevant certifications in CISCO/Juniper networking and Microsoft/Linux operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Crystal and SQL reporting tools.
