Training Systems Development Lead

The role of Training Systems Development Lead involves delivering training services and instructional systems development across various teams. A key objective is to shape, deliver, and evolve training solutions that meet operational readiness and national capability objectives.
This position will play a critical part in leading the development, innovation, review, and refinement of training content and delivery. It also involves the development of a training workforce plan and the delivery of professional development and training for new products, processes, and applications. Additionally, this role acts as an SME to support bids and proposals of similar capabilities and serves as an Accountable Manager for relevant organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative training content and delivery strategies.
- Develop and implement training workforce plans to meet organizational needs.
- Deliver professional development and training programs for new products, processes, and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to support bids and proposals of similar capabilities.
- Act as an accountable manager for relevant organizations.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree in ISD/Learning Design, training and development, or equivalent fields.
- Proven experience in leading teams, with a focus on instructional design and courseware development.
- Technical background in end-to-end training and courseware development.
- Strong people and capability leadership experience.
Location:
- Brisbane, QLD.
- Hybrid working approach.
