Seeking an experienced Learning and Systems Lead to drive excellence in training systems and compliance.

This is a pivotal role ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, learner engagement, and alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead compliance operations across RTO, TEO, and digital learning systems to ensure accuracy and optimisation.
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, and methodologies.
  • Manage digital learning systems, including LMS and client portals, to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong auditing, compliance, and quality control skills.
  • Expertise in learning management systems and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in business administration, training, or audit.
