Are you an experienced Learning and Systems professional with strong RTO expertise and a passion for driving excellence in training systems and compliance?

This is a pivotal role in ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead compliance operations across RTO, TEO, and Ventia Training to ensure alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments, and methodologies, and system reporting
  • Manage digital learning systems, including LMS and client portals, to ensure accuracy and optimisation
