As a seasoned Learning and Systems Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving excellence in training systems and compliance at our organization.

About the Role
  • Lead compliance operations across RTO and TEO ensuring alignment to standards.
  • Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting.
  • Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation.
  • Governance activities.
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions.
