Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and experienced culinary leader to join our team. As the key figure in menu development, you will be responsible for creating menus that showcase local and seasonal ingredients, while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with executive chefs to develop innovative menu concepts and minimize waste.
  • Oversee the selection, training, and development of all kitchen staff to ensure timely recruitment and career growth.
  • Manage financial KPIs and costs related to gross revenue, employee costs, and other operating expenses.
  • Prepare menus and pricing policies based on market trends, competition, and local requirements.

Requirements:

  • High volume culinary experience and trade certificate in Commercial Cookery.
  • Sound knowledge of Western and Asian cuisines, with demonstrated expertise in menu planning and food safety supervision.
  • Proven track record in people management and ability to lead a high-performing team.
