Our team is seeking a Culinary Leader to oversee all kitchen and dining operations. As a key member of our food services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that every meal is prepared with passion and care.
About the Role:This permanent full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will work closely with a small team to deliver exceptional hospitality services that exceed resident expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the kitchen team to deliver daily meals that are both nutritious and delicious
- Develop and implement innovative menu ideas to keep things fresh and exciting
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Oversee stock management, including ordering, rotation and amendment of goods
- Ensure accurate rostering and efficient delivery of service to customers
