Corporate Migration Specialist

As a Corporate Migration Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting immigration law matters in a global environment.

Key responsibilities include managing a caseload under supervision, handling workflows with direct client contact, preparing and filing visa applications in compliance with legal requirements, drafting legal documents and client correspondence, acting as the day-to-day liaison with clients, and conducting legal research.

  • Manage a caseload of complex immigration cases, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the migration process.
  • Collaborate closely with a team of immigration lawyers and administrative staff to achieve business objectives and ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recent graduation from law school or recent admission to legal practice, or strong Paralegal skills.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • Quick learning ability with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Focus on client service, with the ability to work with a range of clients to understand challenges and execute solutions.
  • Process-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in various systems and technology.
  • Accountability and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Effective teamwork skills and a flexible, can-do approach.
  • Demonstrated interest in Immigration or Administrative law is preferred but not required.
