Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Global Immigration Specialist to provide expert technical advice on immigration issues, utilising our technology and global mobility platform to facilitate visa applications.

About the Role
  • Expand client base by identifying new business opportunities and sustainable income streams through negotiation with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior lawyers and cross-functional teams to enhance and elevate service offerings.
Main Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical knowledge and support to team members.
  2. Draft submissions and letters of advice for clients and visa applicants.
  3. Develop existing client relationships while participating in ongoing business development.
  4. Achieve objectives through planning, data analysis, and forecasting.
  5. Collaborate with Customer Success to address retention and engagement challenges.
Requirements
  • Presentation skills to a C-level audience.
  • Background in global mobility and immigration law.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Law.
  • Practicing Certificate Law NSW.
