About The Role
We're seeking a passionate Immigration Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with multiple stakeholders and delivering successful outcomes for our clients as they pursue business expansion, global recruitment, and mobility programs. This role is primarily focused on expanding our client base, negotiating with current and prospective stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities and sustainable income streams. You will also work closely with senior lawyers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to enhance and elevate our existing service offerings.

Responsibilities

• We provide far more than just great advice and support to business. We challenge traditional methodologies and offer our clients the very best solutions by combining expert legal experience with new technology that eliminates the administrative burden and provides a more efficient process.
• Manage a distinguished portfolio of cases for some of Australia's best businesses
• Provide high level technical advice regarding immigration issues such as visa options, eligibility and application merits
• Utilise our unique technology and global mobility platform to assist facilitate visa applications from start to finish, manage business
• Submission drafting, drafting letters of advice
• Providing advice to and managing the expectations of clients and visa applicants
• Provide technical knowledge and support to RMAs and team. Input with complex legislation and case matters
• Training for team where required
• Developing new and existing client relationships whilst participating in ongoing business development
• Designing and implementing a quarterly strategic sales plan
• Preparing and delivering high quality customised solution presentations based on the needs-analysis phase and the prospect's critical business issues
• Building, maintaining and nurturing executive level relationships in enterprise accounts
• Achieve objectives through effective planning, sales goals, analysing data on past performance, and projecting future performance alongside management
• Work with the Customer Success team to identify and eliminate challenges to our clients' retention and engagement
• Lead HubSpot implementation, playbook, web and social media content
• Assist with tech build where required

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging presentations and be confident and comfortable when presenting business solutions to a C-level audience
• Background in global mobility and immigration law
• Ability to create urgency and develop timeframes in the sales cycle
• Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills are required as well as good interpersonal and organisational skills
• Competitive and commercially astute
• Driven, tenacious with a desire to succeed and grow within the business
• An understanding of the strategic sales cycle and sales techniques
• Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Law
• Unrestricted Practicing certificate Law NSW
