Global Immigration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Global Immigration practice as a Consultant or Senior Consultant. This is a hybrid position based in various locations around Australia, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Your key responsibilities will include executing compliance services related to visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance. You will also provide strategic advice to help client organisations understand and navigate immigration compliance requirements.

In addition to these duties, you will assist clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their business and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate will have a professional background in migration law or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment. They will be skilled at managing high volumes of work within tight timeframes and prioritising tasks effectively.
