About The RoleWe're seeking a passionate Immigration Lawyer who will partner with multiple stakeholders and deliver successful outcomes for our clients as they pursue business expansion, global recruitment, and mobility programs. This role focuses on expanding our client base, negotiating with current and prospective stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities and sustainable income streams. You will work closely with senior lawyers, department heads, and cross-functional teams to enhance and elevate our service offerings.
Responsibilities- Provide high level technical advice regarding immigration issues such as visa options, eligibility and application merits
- Utilise our technology and global mobility platform to facilitate visa applications from start to finish
- Draft submissions and letters of advice
- Advise and manage client and visa applicant expectations
- Provide technical knowledge and support to RMAs and team; input on complex legislation and case matters
- Train team members where required
- Develop new and existing client relationships while participating in ongoing business development
- Design and implement a quarterly strategic sales plan
- Prepare and deliver high quality customised presentations based on needs analysis
- Build and nurture executive level relationships in enterprise accounts
- Achieve objectives through planning, sales goals, data analysis, and forecasting
- Collaborate with Customer Success to address retention and engagement challenges
- Lead HubSpot implementation, playbooks, web and social media content
- Assist with tech build where required
- Demonstrated ability to present to a C-level audience
- Background in global mobility and immigration law
- Ability to create urgency and manage timelines in the sales cycle
- Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Commercially astute and driven to succeed
- Understanding of the strategic sales cycle and sales techniques
- Bachelor Degree (or higher) in Law
- Unrestricted Practicing Certificate Law NSW
