Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Lawyer located in Sydney, NSW. The Immigration Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients regarding Partner Migration cases. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and submitting visa applications, managing client consultations, drafting legal documents, and representing clients at tribunals and appeals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification
  • Admission to practice as a lawyer in Australia
