Key to delivering a standout customer experience is our Case Manager. They play a pivotal role in managing the claims process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless return to work and recovery for injured individuals.

This position is part of our Workers' Compensation teams across WA and involves working with diverse areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including injured workers, their employers, general practitioners, and other medical professionals
  • Ensure timely adherence to legislative codes and company policies
  • Conduct face-to-face sessions with stakeholders through case conferencing, claims reviews, and onsite visits
  • Develop and execute claim strategies
  • Effectively communicate and educate both workers and employers on legislative obligations

About You:

  • You will possess strong influencing skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a customer-centric approach that drives optimal outcomes
  • Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios, developed time management skills, and a willingness to learn and engage proactively in a fast-paced dynamic team
