Senior Client Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Manager to lead our client relationships in Australia and New Zealand. This role will be responsible for the strategic and commercial management of existing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering against revenue goals.

  • Develop and implement local sales and marketing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Lead the revenue forecasting process for Australia, ensuring accurate views on expected sales revenues from existing accounts.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships within the client base to ensure high client satisfaction across all business functions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop local marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Design a partner strategy aligned to local business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client relationship management, hitting targets, and growing clients. They will also possess strong industry networks, executive stakeholder management skills, and a good understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure, and product offering.
