Job Overview

The Senior Client Manager will oversee the successful management of two key high-profile accounts in a global media agency, focusing on traditional media channels with a commercially astute leadership approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking full ownership of account management across two strategic high-profile accounts.
  • Leading stakeholder relationships as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Overseeing campaign delivery to ensure work is on brief, within budget, and on time.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations that drive client success while maintaining operational excellence.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Client Manager or Account Director in a media or integrated agency.
  • Strong background in traditional media channels (TV, OOH, Radio) with a deep understanding of the market landscape.
  • Exceptional stakeholder service skills, anticipating needs, solving problems quickly, and building strong relationships.
  • Passion for producing work that drives results and elevates the partnership.
  • International exposure is highly desirable.
