Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, and ensure compliance with Australian employment laws.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Provide guidance on HR policies, handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions fairly, and develop and manage performance management systems to align with organizational goals.
- Learning and Development: Implement and oversee Learning and Development programs in line with Australian Qualifications Framework standards, administer employee compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with Australian wage laws.
