Learning Experience Designer

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Teaching and Learning Facilitator to join our team, responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with excellent knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards. They will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate a commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments.
About the Role:
- Create and implement engaging learning experiences that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Work closely with colleagues to develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, reflecting on teaching practices and making data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the community, promoting a sense of belonging and encouraging active participation in the learning process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Cert III / Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Current NSW Working with Children Check.
