This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and creative flair. You will design engaging instructional materials, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop thoughtfully crafted playbooks, guides, and communications that meet the needs of diverse regional audiences.
  • Design and deliver toolkits and step-by-step guides to support leadership development professionals.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all communications and instructional assets.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure contextually relevant and culturally attuned materials.

Requirements:

  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with expertise in visual storytelling, template creation, and graphic design using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Final Cut Pro to produce engaging instructional content.
  • Experienced in managing instructional assets through platforms like SharePoint and Confluence.
  • Skilled in plain language writing and instructional editing, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Miro, and other collaborative tools.
