Role Summary

We seek a highly skilled and innovative Instructional Designer to join our dynamic learning and development team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Rapidly assess and scope training needs to support change initiatives.
  • Design and deliver responsive, high-quality learning solutions on time.
  • Create engaging digital assets – video, interactive modules, and micro-learning.
  • Integrate AI tools and emerging technologies into learning design.
  • Partner with business units to align training with capability and change goals.
  • Translate complex processes into clear, accessible learning experiences.
  • Apply advanced instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Leverage tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and AI-powered platforms.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, focusing on creating engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Strong proficiency in systems, including CRM platforms and learning management systems (LMS).
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia development software.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing system and role-based training programs.
  • Experience in designing learning programs aligned with project objectives.
