Logistics Coordinator Position

We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support suppliers by collating and sending customer bookings, helping them achieve their travel goals. You will also prepare, collate, and send customer travel documents, ensuring all relevant partner deadlines are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure group travel arrangements for customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound supplier communications, as well as customer travel documentation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth group travel arrangements
  • Communicate booking information to external operators
  • Finalise and send final travel documentation to customers ahead of departure
  • Assist with customer and group booking emergencies when required
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in customer service, event management, tourism, business, administration or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience in the travel industry is highly regarded
About the Role
  • This is a full-time permanent position based on-site from Monday to Friday
  • You will report to our Customer Operations Manager
