Logistics Operations Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused Logistics Operations Specialist to support our suppliers and customers. Your role will involve coordinating travel arrangements, managing communications, and finalizing documentation.

A Day in the Life
  • Coordinate with suppliers to secure travel arrangements for customers.
  • Manage inbound and outbound supplier communications, as well as customer documentation.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in service operations, business, administration or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The Ideal Candidate

You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be highly organised, and possess strong interpersonal skills. A tertiary qualification in a relevant field would be advantageous, but not essential if you have significant industry experience.
