Customer Service Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Panthers Port Macquarie.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Attendant to take the next step in their career and become part of our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests at all times;
  • Assist with bar service, glass collection, and replenishment of food and beverage products;
  • Provide café duties including barista and drink service, food preparation, and gaming duties;
  • Assist with functions and events as required;
  • Cash handling and using cash registers;
  • General cleaning duties;
  • Any other operational duties as required by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry;
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills;
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve;
  • Ability and initiative to work efficiently and proactively;
  • RSA/RCG and TAB Corp basics Certificates;
  • A history of accurate and efficient cash handling is essential;
  • Basic computer skills would be advantageous.
