Veterinary Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service and support the veterinary team in delivering high-quality care to clients and their animals.
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism and accurate information.
- Transfer calls to the relevant department and facilitate appointment setting.
- Ensure smooth patient admissions and discharges, and reconcile daily register balances.
- Assist with preparing invoices, documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide face-to-face customer service and respond to client inquiries.
- Manage inventory in the waiting room store and perform general administrative duties.
- Ensure a clean and tidy reception area and comply with all health and safety guidelines.
- Current driver's license and strong experience in high-volume customer service environments.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in administrative and reception roles.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite and IT systems ability.
