Healthcare Cleaning and Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaner and Customer Service Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional cleaning services and customer support in a healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, and a proven track record of experience in cleaning and customer-facing roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and maintaining the cleanliness of acute and continuing care facilities
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve cleaning task outcomes
- Conducting internal and external detailed cleaning, including floor scrubs and carpet cleaning
- Removing waste and transporting linen in a safe and efficient manner
- Participating in project cleaning and unscheduled ad-hoc cleaning activities
