Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
">This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, handling complex customer inquiries, and providing quality service with empathy and understanding.
">The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to problem-solve and make evidence-based decisions.

">Key Responsibilities:
">- Provide quality customer service via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong research and decision-making skills
