Job Opportunity: Night Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee all overnight operations, ensuring residents receive exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent adaptability, quick thinking, and problem-solving skills to manage overnight operations, resident safety, and building management effectively.

  • Monitor security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, payments, audits, and reporting in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Manage incidents, grievances, and conflicts efficiently during the night shift.
  • Provide assistance, information, and welfare support to residents as needed.
  • Respond promptly to calls regarding noise disturbances and lockouts.
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings as required.
