  • Reporting: Prepare reports and express check-out envelopes for the next day's operations.
  • Sales Promotion: Promote hotel facilities and upsell services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Security Protocols: Adhere strictly to security protocols, ensuring guest confidentiality and hotel safety.
  • Desk Maintenance: Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk and complete nightly checklists and reports.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality Experience: Previous hospitality experience with strong customer service skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in hotel management software (preferably Opera Cloud) and Microsoft Office.
  • Numerical Skills: Strong numerical skills with ability to handle financial transactions accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
