We are currently seeking a highly skilled Night Shift Site Engineer to join our major road infrastructure upgrade project in North Western Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in civil engineering and experience working on night shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil works, including road widening, services relocations, drainage, and pavement works.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate nightly progress against program
- Manage and update ITPs, QA documentation and site diaries
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements during night works
- Attend prestart and handover meetings and ensure clear communication between day and night crews
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Previous experience on road or civil infrastructure projects essential
- Proven experience working night shifts preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards under minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
