As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy, ensuring we maintain our position as a leader in the digital financial services industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sustainability strategy, aligning with our company values and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations and decision-making processes.
  • Manage and ensure accurate and timely delivery of external disclosures aligned to recognized frameworks.
  • Provide sustainability data and insights to support our external communications, including our Annual Report and Quarterly updates.
  • Lead our preparation for upcoming AASB Sustainability reporting requirements, collaborating with teams such as Finance and Legal.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of technical and functional experience relating to sustainability/corporate social responsibility/ESG.
  • Experience leading disclosure programs and developing sustainability strategies.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to distill complex information in a concise way to stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders of all levels, markets, and business units.
