Job Description

This full-time or part-time (starting from 0.6 FTE) position is located at Community Bank Port Lincoln. As a Relationship Banker, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assessing customer needs to provide relevant products and services that meet their financial and wealth needs;
  • Driving business growth through customer acquisition and quality referrals;
  • Developing strong working relationships within the branch and leadership alongside the Branch Manager;
  • Attending out-of-hours community events as required;

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. You'll also have access to on-the-job training and external development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.

  • Experience in consumer lending and assessing customer needs;
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills;
  • A willingness to be involved in local community engagement activities;
