About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Private Banker to join our team at Westpac Group. As a key member of our Private Wealth division, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, driving growth and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow existing and new client relationships, resulting in increased revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic banking, wealth, and service solutions to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a robust understanding of policy and risk controls.
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships in the high-net-worth sector.
  • Strong understanding of Private Banking, Investment, and Private Wealth solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers across different teams and segments.
  • Strong competence in managing compliance and risk, ensuring thorough client due diligence and robust understanding of policy and risk controls.
