As a Mobile Banker with Australian Military Bank, you will play a key role in growing the home lending portfolio and providing a seamless banking experience for our members. You will be the face of the bank, proactively identifying new business opportunities and offering sound specialist mortgage advice to help our members achieve their financial goals.



About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Australian Military Bank. As a Mobile Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our members, identifying new business opportunities, and providing expert advice on residential mortgages.



About You

We are looking for a results-driven and self-motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional member experience. You will have strong retail lending experience, a solid knowledge of residential mortgage products, and the ability to create new opportunities, convert leads, and manage your pipeline. Tier 2 accreditation and/or a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Brokering is essential.



Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with members and the local community
  • Identify new business opportunities and convert leads
  • Provide expert advice on residential mortgages
  • Manage pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the team to drive business growth and improve member experience
