About The Role

This role is known internally as a Customer Relationship Officer. You will provide a seamless branch experience by meeting customer end-to-end banking needs, exploring their requirements, and offering tailored financial solutions.

You will demonstrate high ownership through building strong relationships with new and existing customers and the wider community. Engage customers to identify their needs and explore the best products and services.

A comfort level working in a dynamic environment adapting to digitization and supporting customers with digital literacy and online banking needs is required.

This position offers a great career opportunity for someone to develop skills in consumer lending.

This permanent part-time opportunity is located at Community Bank Berowra, working 40 hours per fortnight: Monday to Friday, 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week).

About You

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales results through solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • High knowledge of Banking Products including Transactions Accounts, Insurance, Term Deposits, and Credit Cards.
  • Experience in consumer lending and the banking industry is preferred but not essential.

Salary: Approximately AU$60,000 - AU$70,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
