Our Line of Business:

Enterprise Credit (EC) is a front-line function and part of the Global Banking and Markets organization. The EC team underwrites credit solutions for large corporate and financial institutions clients. As a core member of the client team, EC partners with relationship and product teams to drive revenue growth and manage risk in our credit portfolio.

Description:
  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate and financial institutions clients and be responsible for structuring, underwriting, negotiating, and monitoring financing solutions for their clients associated with syndicated loans, bridge financings, hedging, leasing, and treasury management products.
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly grow the loan portfolio.
  • Mitigate losses in deteriorating credits through amendments and restructurings.
  • Lead internal discussions and complete credit approval memorandums that summarize the merits and risks of a transaction based on due diligence findings, financial statement analysis, financial forecasting, assessments of terms and conditions, analysis of company and industry risks, and relationship profitability.
  • Negotiate legal documentation related to loans and derivatives.
  • Interface with internal control partners and external regulators.
  • Train and mentor Credit Analysts and Associates.
