Structured Credit Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Structured Credit Specialist to join our team in APAC. This is a key role that involves pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow (PF/asset finance) and flow (corporate/leveraged) loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role. A Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the structured credit business in APAC.
Collaborate with the Origination business lines to originate and structure non-flow (PF/asset finance) and flow (corporate/leveraged) loan products.
Provide distribution input for portfolio management during secondary/portfolio sales.
Requirements:
Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and business lines.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
