Develop a partnership strategy with the architecture community to drive business growth.

As a trusted advisor, you will build relationships with architects in Australia and help increase awareness of our product solutions. The role involves guiding partners on designs and opportunities from initial concept to final installation.

The position is based in Sydney but requires regular travel across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a plan to establish and nurture partnerships with the Architecture community
  • Manage accounts through engaging meetings focused on inspiring and educating architects on design and product guidance
  • Represent the company at conferences and events, and organize seminars for architects
  • Champion sustainable building practices
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project management and handover
  • Create a sustainable network by engaging with architecture universities and societies
  • Travel 10-20% of time across Australia to maintain and develop partnerships
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as an architect is essential to understand the world and daily life of an architect
  • Minimum 3-5 years of architectural practice experience required
  • Ability to engage and conduct presentations with confidence and charisma
  • Passion for sustainable building design and improving lives and spaces created
  • Autonomous, structured, and detail-oriented with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust
  • Sales mindset to ensure design solutions fit clients and customers
  • Australian work rights are essential for this position
